GHG Emission Factor
Consolidate GHG Emission Factor Database from various GHG reporting programs, such as Alberta TIER, BC Emission Reporting Regulation, ECCC GHGRP, US EPA, and more.
DataPivot
Free emission factors, regulatory data and calculators for GHG and air emissions reporting.
What is DataPivot?
DataPivot is EnviroByte's set of free tools for emissions reporting. It consolidates GHG emission factors from Alberta TIER, the BC Emission Reporting Regulation, ECCC GHGRP, US EPA and other programs into one database, and adds calculators and analytics for the data sources Alberta reporters work with: Petrinex fuel, flare and production data for TIER aggregate reporting, gas fuel carbon content under Alberta TIER, and AESO generation data.
Tools
NPRI Emission Factor
Consolidate air emission factors from US EPA AP-42. The factors are used for National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI) reporting.
Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO)
Summarize the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) data for electricity generation
Steam Enthalpy Calculator
Calculator steam enthalpy based on steam pressure and temperature, and steam energy based on steam flow rate and enthalpy
Carbon Content Calculator - Gas Fuel
Calculate carbon content of gas fuel based on gas composition in accordance with Alberta TIER
Petrinex Data Analytics
Summarize the Petrinex data for fuel, flare and production for Alberta Aggregate GHG reporting under TIER
DataPivot questions
Is DataPivot free?
Yes. The DataPivot tools are free to use in the browser.
Where do the DataPivot emission factors come from?
The GHG emission factor database consolidates factors from Alberta TIER, the BC Emission Reporting Regulation, ECCC GHGRP, US EPA and other programs. The NPRI air emission factors come from US EPA AP-42.
How do I calculate the carbon content of a gas fuel for Alberta TIER?
Use the DataPivot carbon content calculator, which calculates the carbon content of a gas fuel from its gas composition in accordance with Alberta TIER.
